Re skim upstairs part of house,
Rob came and priced for a big job in our home as we had just bought the property. He came at the agreed time and gave us a free quote, we accepted this. On the day Rob came round prepared all the rooms upstairs and the landing ready to be competed, he protected all areas required. He skimmed the whole upstairs of the house plus the landing and down to the hallway, the job was completed in the agreed time frame and Rob cleaned everything down and left the property how he had found it, he removed the waste also which was a big help to us. Medium sized bedroom.
Rob came over and gave us a free quote to skim a full medium sized bedroom. We were happy with the price received so we went ahead. Rob gave us a day and time he would be around to complete the job, he arrived on time clean and tidy, protected all areas he would be walking through plus the room he was skimming. Rob completed the job in a timely manner to a very high standard. We are very happy with the work and overall experience. Hi my name is Rob Lockyear and I have been plastering for over 7 years now and I have been trading as a sole trader since October 2016. I have all my qualifications. I cover all aspects of plastering and tiling to a very high standard for domestic and commercial projects, making sure it's completed on time with a competitive and fair price.I am able to take on any projects big or small around the south west area as i have a small team with 25 years experienece in the plastering trade, with great knowledge of lime render, ewi render, k rend and sand/cement.
