  Excellent plumber, great response and know-how

  Our toilet cistern inlet valve was causing pipe hammer through the house when it shut off. Options were quickly and clearly explained to us, including an alternative inlet valve that should be better, in his opinion. This was fitted and immediately solved the problem. The work was done efficiently and carefully, with no mess. Not a 10 because we had a couple of false starts getting the job done after the initial visit, although for no more than 24hrs and he kept us fully informed of his situation. Very good, would recommend and will use again.

  Outside tap

  Ricci was fantastic! I called him today (bank holiday) as our outside tap broke and was leaking pretty badly. He was more than happy to come straight over, even though it was a bank holiday and didn’t charge any call-out fee (which many people would). He was able to remove the old tap and elbow and replace them straight away - at a very reasonable price. Lovely lad and fantastic service. Ricci will be my “go to” plumber moving forward.
