Disappointing

We did dampproofing for you and you left us a fantastic review then you asked us to do a patio for you and I told you we could not fit you in for a couple of months and you said that was fine now you have put this up makes no sense

Robert was honest, fair, punctual and kept me in the loop - great job
I contacted Robert regarding a potential damp problem. Robert was excellent. Robert came out and assessed the situation, explained fully what he would do to rectify the problem. Robert & his team came out, fixed the problem as he said he would on his assess visit. Came across a small leak in my roof which he also fixed at the time. Robert kept me in the loop at all times, explained everything fully and took videos. His team arrived on time and tidied up afterwards. They did an excellent job and Robert price was fair. Damp issue, proofing and plastering
Robert was very professional. Issue identified and explained. Works were explained and quote provided. Work was completed, on time and as expected with explanation. We were very satisfied with the work, advice and customer care Robert and his staff gave. He was clear in explaining the problem related to dampness and what would be needed to fix the issues. We were happy with the quote and the work was completed just as Robert had explained. He was good at keeping us updated.
