It was a pleasure to meet Rudy when he came to view our porch roof. He told us about the roof tiles, wrongly positioned gutter and checked the satellite dish and aerial with the suggestion to have them removed. He struck us as knowledgeable, polite and honest. RM Sanwell Roofing did an outstanding job re-pointing my chimneys, which were in a really poor state. Rudy and his team carried out a thorough assessment, clearly explained the scope of work, provided a realistic timeframe, and gave me a fair price upfront. Despite facing terrible weather conditions, they stayed on schedule and honoured the original quote, no surprises, no delays.
