  Reliable, exceptional, knowledgeable service.

  Our experience with RNA Cooling Services Ltd was exceptional. We were nervous about getting AC. But from start to finish our contact (Gareth) was knowledgeable, down to earth, & open to questions. He gave us multiple options catering to our exact needs / price range. He didn't try to upsell or confuse us. He explained pros / cons for each option & let us make an informed decision. Fitting was swift, & thoughtful (every detail was considered). Gareth was with us every step of the way. Results (now a few months in) are spectacular. Just what we wanted. Very happy with RNA's work.

  Gareth and the team were incredible. Gareth popped over a day after the request to check the house, had the unit in within a week and was able to slot me in a few days later. The workers were lovely and their work was top tier. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you all! David & Jess

  Daniel and Wayne arrived at 8.30 sharp and we discussed the project,they then got to work and answered my questions along the way.By 1.30 they had completed the job,explained the operation of the system,cleaned up and departed.

  I literally could not be happier with Gareth's service. I was incredibly lucky to message him about some non-functioning aircon units the night before he had a cancellation - he was at my house the next day and got everything working perfectly. He went so far above and beyond to test my setup, he also gave me tips on how to better maintain/protect my system. Gareth is incredibly knowledegable, super helpful, and very friendly to boot. 10/10 would recommend, and I'll never go anywhere else for my aircon needs!

  I would recommend this company for fixing your air con units because when I phoned up, they first tried to assess the fault by getting me to turn the system on to see if any error lights come on to save me a call out fee. We then arranged a day for the technician to visit. On the day he explained and showed me what the fault was and was able to fix it there and then.

  Excellent service

  Really efficient and easy to work with. Came when we had arranged and the work took as long as I had been told it would. The end price was what had been quoted. Would highly recommend RNA Cooling, can’t fault them. Gave really good advice and know what they are doing and do it really well.
