  Complete first class service from RNB. Initial enquiry was answered promptly, and Rob came out to do a quote quickly. Once we accepted the quote they were out within a week to fit a new boiler and to carry out essential maintenance on our ailing heating system. The jobs were done to a very high standard with minimum fuss and no mess left behind. Rob was very professional throughout and explained what was happening step by step. They were also very honest, and if work or parts didn't need changing they pointed it out. Fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend to others.

  Arrived exactly on time, cracked on despite some curveballs like the house seemingly not having a stop tap(!??!) and some wonky previous plumbing. Worked around the issues smoothly and we're delighted with the result. Invoice was exactly what was quoted. Would recommend no hesitation. Thanks so much.

  We needed follow up work after a boiler service to replace a failing thermostat before winter. Clear email and phone contact with the office allowed an agreeable appointment to be arranged. Our engineer arrived as expected, was friendly, quick and efficient. He took time to explain our new controls. All mess was cleaned up with packaging recycled where possible. Great job.
