I hired RND Plumbing and Bathrooms to refit two bathrooms, but the experience was entirely negative. There was nothing they did well. Issues included uneven tiling, leaks, messy finishes, unreliable attendance, and poor communication. Lower-quality fittings were supplied instead of the ones paid for. Despite raising concerns, they failed to take responsibility or make corrections. As of 24th February 2025, parts of my home remain unusable since work began on 13th January 2025. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
