Leaking pipe
Robert was great, very helpful, contacted me straight away and gave good advice on the leak. Told me he could be there first thing in the morning. Started work at 7.30 and was done within the hour. Didn't needlessly extend the job to make more money. Friendly and courteous throughout. Ensured area was clear and tidied away all mess.
