From the first meet both of these guys were knowledgeable and informative, they talked through options both cheaper and pricey to suit my liking. They gave me time to think with no pressure, answered all of my questions promptly and politely, and also offered advice on colours and window size to ensure my hallway still stayed well lit. The overall price was great value for money and deposit was easy to pay. From quote, to deposit, to installation it was 5 working days. And I am one happy customer. RNM rang me within 10 mins of my advert going online. Had visited with 30mins, quoted me great price immediately then whole job was completed within 2 hours of my advert going out! Amazing guys. Nelson at RNM Doors and windows attending our property on Christmas Eve with his colleagues after we had been broken into and made us feel much safer they changed our glass in our door and installed security locks within 45 mins of calling them. I had a new door fitted recently, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. Communication was great, with plenty of options for styles, colours, and even a cat flap. From first contact to installation took less than a week, and the work was done in about two hours. The team was polite, professional, and efficient. They did an fab job, and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, to put the door right. Both really polite and friendly. Even went over to fix my next door neighbours fence, for FOC.
