Rob came out promptly, the same day, to sort out a problem with the electrics connected to a phone line, the internet and a care-line for elderly vulnerable parents in their 90s for which these services are essential. Rob was exceptional - prompt, very courteous and efficient and to our relief managed to get everything working again. We have no hesitation in recommending Rob and he will be our first port of call in the event of our needing an electrician in the future.
