Replacing a shower pull cord
I gave Rob a call at 9.30am on a Saturday, in need of an electrician to get our electric shower working. He came over, identified that the pull cord was broken and replaced it - all before lunch time. He said it was no trouble as he was already in the area. But we really did appreciate him coming by as quickly as he did (especially on a Saturday) to ensure we have a working shower ahead of a busy week, where we wont have use of the boiler for a few days. We will be using him again in the future - making sure that we give him a call and book him well in advance next time!

Replacing 3 mains wired smoke alarms
Very efficient messaging always responded in arranging visits and quoting etc. Invoice bit more than quoted as fire alarm had to be disarmed as no code. Got in with what needed doing as I was uncontactable. Would use again.

Replacing extractor fan in bathroom and replacing 2 outdoor security lights.
Rob is friendly and reliable, arrived when he said he would, did a good job and left everything tidy! We were happy with the price and would definitely recommend him.

To replace 4 pin bathroom light as the electical ballast had failed.
From the initial quote to the completion of the job everything was done in a polite and professional manner. Would recommend and would use again without hesitation.
