I liked him from the initial phone conversation - very friendly and polite, sounded upbeat and energetic, explained how much the job would cost, no hidden costs, he made himself available next day, kept me aware of his arrival, was very clean and efficient. I’m very happy with the job he's done! And he’s also a very pleasant and lovely person. Will hire him for more jobs for sure. Highly recommend!!

Replacement of electric shower in my bathroom. Roberto identified the issues with the flow and supply of the water to the unit and made the necessary amendments at the same time as replacing the unit. I appreciate his knowledge and good workmanship.
