Great work. Discussed and investigated in great detail. Talked me through what he needed to do. Came and did the work quickly and finished up and tidied up well. Would recommend.

Took the day off work, moved all the beds and furniture out of the rooms. Should have met up at 9:00am. Received a call at 8:50am asking to reschedule. A simple courtesy call the night before would have meant I could have gone to work. Bad communication and unreliable.

Very poor all the edges where not straight broken apiece of floor in the middle but when asked about this he said I did myself which I was so upset that he knew he had done it and made a mess if the edges and taken my money, white abrupt and said he had a family to feed. .Said he would call back but had no reply from this guy. Please dont use to lay flooring.Pictures taken. Will be taking this further
