Great work. Robert was meticulous and charming to be around. He did my kitchen tiling with ease ...perfect

Robert came out to provide a quote and reading reviews on here decided to go with him. However it all went downhill from there. There was an issue with shower that needed to be sorted before tiling commenced. Robert helpfully said he knew a plumber who could help but then didn’t follow through. What’s worse is his communication. Since the shower being sorted getting dates or a meaningful response has been impossible. Over the course of a month replies have been slow and vague. No transparency over timescales. Even stating he didn’t have capacity anymore would have been more help

Robert is a consummate professional tiler in every way, his attention to detail is inspiring, his workmanship is exceptional, his punctuality excellent. He was running a few minutes late one day and immediately messaged to inform me. As I’ve said the man is a tiling genius and just as important is his outstanding demeanour. He’s a quiet Yorkshireman who just cracks on with the job at hand but always has time to answer questions and have a quick chat before telling you he has to concentrate. I nicknamed him Camel as he never seems to stop for a drink. Brilliant service from start to finish.
