Complete bathroom

Refit to downstairs cloakroom
The team are a pleasure to deal with. John takes great pride in his work and will take the time to work out the best way to deliver the job, no shortcuts with this plumber! Replaced my Vokera Pinnacle pump, which had been wrongly installed by SSE, with a new condensing pump. Once this was done John worked throught the boiler itself and discovered that valve was blocked. Took valve off,cleaned it up and hey bisto the boiler fired up like it hadn't in around 10 years. John carried out a few more checks and within 15 mins the radiators were heating top to bottom and the water as getting hot. I was delighted wit the outcone.
John and Janice were very honest and helpful every time I spoke to them. John went out his way to pop in, quickly diagnose the problem and explained the actions he'd have to take to correct the issue. A week later he returned with pump and tools and an hour later the issue was resolved. A very satisfied customer. Clear plan of action put in place and any snags arising once the work was commenced were clearly explained and a solution offered. Clean, tidy and efficient work undertaken by John who worked hard throughout the job. Constant communication from John and his office ensured up to date information regarding the work and any delays in the progress of the job.
