Originally, Bob was recommended to me by neighbours. My shower unit in the bathroom was not working properly and Bob was able to come over promptly to diagnose the problem. He is polite, a clean and methodical worker and his costs are not unreasonable. The part he replaced is securely fixed and is working well. I would certainly recommend him to friends and neighbours.
