10 Replacing Velux windows

I couldn't be happier with my new windows. Ross was amazing, had great communication throughout. I can't believe they were able to replace all our windows in one day without scaffolding! The quality of work is amazing, had to remove a few tiles in the kitchen to complete the work and managed to take them off without damaging and put them back! Ross and his accomplice were in time. Very polite. Very good standard of workmanship from both of the boys. I asked Ross to look at my other crux windows, as I had a slight problem with them. Ross came and provided me with a quote for the work for fitting electric blinds. I received good communication with the timescale for ordering the parts and fitting.
