  Sam responded quickly to my message requesting a boiler service and was able to give me an appointment quickly. He kept me in touch with his arrival time and was punctual. He got straight in with the job and took time to do a thorough service. He was tidy and careful, friendly and helpfully explained what he had done.

  Valve Powerhead Replacement

  Sam arrived pretty much on time and came across as a pleasant and professional chap. He took around 45 minutes to diagnose the problem and suggested a couple of options to fix it. He recommended the cheaper of those options, which I was happy to go with. He left for half an hour to get the required parts and then on returning installed them in our airing cupboard in just over an hour. He was quite thorough with his testing after the install to make sure everything was working as it should. I’m happy with the quality of work, how tidy he was and would definitely recommend.

  Removal of faulty shower, supplying and installation of new shower.

  Sam responded very quickly to my request for assistance. Gave helpful advice and as well as sourcing the new shower, carried out the work promptly as promised. Have been fortunate to have work carried out by Sam in the past. He is very reliable and trustworthy and works to the highest standards. He is a very clean and tidy worker. I highly recommend him.
