  Robert was called to fix our new Valliant Boiler, as we had no hot water or heating in the coldest part of the year for nearly a week. The Valliant engineer we called out initially failed to find the fault and said we need a new part which was not currently in stock and they would contact us when it was. In the meantime, Robert was called out and found the fault which was a loose wire, therefore no parts were needed and the boiler was up and running. Subsequently he has done a lot more work for us as we are refurbishing our kitchen. He is multi-talented as a plumber, electrician and heating

  Leaking pipe behind wall in shower

  I had to turn off all our water in the house due to a leaking pipe behind the ensuite shower wall. I called Rob who fitted me in the next day during a double bank holiday weekend. He can on time, was extremely efficient, clean and carried out a great repair for us. BUT the best thing about Rob is he did not rip me off or take advantage of a desperate need. He was extremely fair. THANKS ROB again.

  Hot water repaired.

  We had no hot water and Rob came out quickly and sorted out the problem at a reasonable price. A really friendly and hugely knowledgeable engineer. Will definitely be using him in the future to service and maintain our central heating.

  Boiler repair and System, check and advise

  Rob was a fantastic and knowledgeable, repairer, and understood all about the boilers, workings and summary of the system in hand. He understood all the dimensions and figures of the system and very helpful. So I have recommended Rob to a few friends in which they are very grateful.

  Rob identified the problem quickly and managed to clear everything satisfactorily. He is always responsive and prices his work very reasonably.

  Boiler Service and Maintenance

  Absolutely fantastic. Robert installed our boiler and services it every year. While not his usual area, we pay Robert a little extra to travel to Horsham each year specifically to maintain our central heating system because he is brilliant at his job, reliable, friendly yet highly professional. On top of this, he is great company and we enjoy his sense of humour.
