Came out as we had a leak in the shower took shower off wall to see if leaking it wasn't charged £48 left shower tray in a muddy state did a bit of measuring. Ring a few weeks later made account he hadn't done quote has he had a cold 2wks later no quote. He's full of full promises one to avoid.

Very courteous and friendly. Clearly well trained and knew best practice. Saw issue which had been left on previous removal of hot water tank and fixed potentially hazardous dead end piping quickly and very cheaply. Stayed to fix leak in stop tap at no extra cost and demonstrated how to do this at later date. Reasonable price for job well done.

I recently contacted Rob concerning a damaged drain cover. He quickly responded with an acceptable quote to supply and fit a replacement. The work was carried out in a very conscientious manner by his colleague Keith and I am very pleased with the result. Everything was left neat and tidy and the cover is now secure and safe,
