  Washing machine stuck

  Fixed the problem within an hour of first contact, as well as a bonus problem that I had been assuming I would need to get a different tradesperson in for. Cheaper than the first person I tried who never showed up too.

  Change Radiator & Re- Pressure System

  Prompt and professional. Had a leak from both radiator valves that were causing a constant issue. Drained, fixed and refilled the system and now working perfectly Appreciate the urgency to come and complete the work!

  Emergency plastic roof repair

  Ray responded super quickly to my call out request, was over within an hour or so and secured some corrugated sheet roofing that had come loose in the wind. He was very thorough and meticulous (far better than the trade who originally installed it!), for a very reasonable price, and all round a pleasure to work with. Couldn't fault him and hope to work with him again in future!

  Various - mounting jobs (inc bike) & flatpack (treadmill)

  Ray was able to come earlier than arranged, suited me well. He did 2 small tasks putting together a standalone tilting mirror which needed a small repair first, and mounting a wall mirror. He assembled a heavy treadmill and we got it working. He fixed a bike bracket to a wall, it wasn't possible on the hall wall but he explores different options on the ground floor. We came up with the only viable one and it works extremely well.

  Fixing a broken bath plug and fitting a new one.

  Ray was really prompt with his communication and really easy to deal with. Turned up on time and provided a good solution at a fair price. My tenant was happy with his work. Would definitely use again.

  Careful removal and disposal of fitted alcove units
