    The engineer resolved the issue with the satellite reception by doing a thorough end to end test to find the problem, he found that the shotgun cable had been damaged by an Openreach engineer when they drilled through the wall to install full fibre broadband.

    Absolutely fantastic service. Fast, friendly, professional high standard of work. Confirmed that existing TV Aerial worked perfectly ( earlier tradesperson said it needed replacing) and also was able to install freeview to the two tvs with an absolute minimum of disruption. My expectation was that 2 completely new cables would be needed but this was not required. I would highly recommend Robson Aerial Services
