Unfortunately Eric and his son made an error in applying tiles to one of our bathroom. Rather than admitting to the error, committing to making the work correct they left the job in complete. This was a real shame as all other work was immaculate. I’m now left to finish the job myself and have had to buy more tiles, sealant, grout and tools for the rectification of an incomplete job.

In Reply to the negative feedback we have received, I would like to say we have never left a job unfinished. On this occasion we completed two bathrooms with the tiles and suites that the customer supplied.
At the end of the job the customer was not happy with the finish of the black grout they had supplied in one of the bathrooms, and how it had stained the tiles.
As a gesture of good will we returned to take off the said tiles made good the walls and retiled all at our expense, we informed the customer that they needed to set before they could be grouted, but because of our work schedule we couldn’t get back immediately. In less than two weeks since retiling we have received this negative feedback from them. As a company we have never let a customer down you only have to look at our past comments to see that.
