    Replacing a kitchen tap and a shower

    Changing bath taps and gate valve in airing cupboard

    I have to say that I was very disappointed with Rob Fuller. I sent images of what I wanted done and was quoted £75. When Rob arrived, I felt that his objective was to do the least amount of work at the maximum price he could charge. He said that he could only do part of the work and would come back when a piece of plaster was enlarged. He contacted me on the day arranged to carry out the work and cancelled, he said he would arrange another time over the weekend to return but he didn’t contact me or reply even though I sent him 2 messages, the 2nd asking to let me know either way.

    The customers recollection is not quite what happened, he paid me for what I did, so why would he do that if I did anything wrong? I had to cancel a second visit due to a family issue, I rearranged, but after him leaving this review I cancelled.

    Replaced toilet cistern
