Prompt answering of emails and clear communication. Turned up on time and worked hard to fix the problem. Rob renewed an electric shower cable in my elderly parents home. This was a very fiddly job due to the lack of space but we were grateful that he persevered to get the job done in one visit.

Very professional installation of a home EV charger by Rob. All pre-work done by him including ordering the charger, obtaining written approval, liaising with electricity board, and the installation. He also helped me with selection of the charger. All done within one week of first contacting him. Highly recommend Rob if you are planning an EV installation.

Rob was fantastic! He came out at really short notice, and found the main fault in our dodgy electrics so we could get out lights back on before it went dark. He was really polite and tidy - we would definitely recommend him and we hope to have him back in the new year to re-wire the house.

Rob came and discussed my requirements and helped me choose a Zappi charging unit. We discussed location and the technical requirements. The unit was fitted and tested and the work done at my convenience, neatly and satisfactorily. The unit supplied turned out to be faulty and Rob spent a lot of time on the phone with the supplier getting to the bottom of it and then came again to fit and commission the unit which has worked perfectly since. His price was competitive.
