  Great refurb!

  Robin came to quote for refurbishments at my home, I wanted my kitchen relocated and a garage conversion. We talked through ideas of what would / wouldn't work. Robin was very open and upfront about pricing and left me to source my own doors, fittings etc. which was great. Robin and Tom worked well around the other tradespeople I had in. There was a great deal of upheaval with the amount of work I was having done, but Robin and Tom alleviated some of the stress with their calm can-do approach. I am very pleased I found ROC construction and that I trusted them to carry out the works at my home

  Fantastic Job and reliable

  Robin and his team fitted new interior doors. Delighted with his work. Came and gave us a quote, and a realistic timeliness. Turned up nice and early, but perhaps more importantly to me Robin is an exceptionally tidy worker. Highly recommend Robin and his team 5* service.

  Fantastic job done

  Robin & Tom did the most fantastic job for us. They removed an internal wall in our box room, and built out over the stairs. Professional from start to finish, Robin talked me through design options and in the end created the most amazing custom small double bed with bookcase in a space that hadn't previously been part of the room. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and I wouldnt hesitate to turn to Robin first for any future projects.

  Loft Conversions

  Quick, efficient and good quality work

  The work involved rasing the roof over part of an existing loft conversion. I supplied all the materials including a substantial steel framework. ROC removed the existing tiles (which were to be reused), demolished the existing roof frame, installed the heavy steelwork, constructed the new walls and roof and retiled and trimmed all the new work. They worked very hard and very quickly - all this was completed in 2 weeks. They dealt with the inevitable snags efficiently and the work was finished to a very good standard. The building inspectorate raised no queries.

  General Brickwork

  Robin ROC carried out repairs to our front of property wall, also raised the existing pillars, the quality of work and the matching of new bricks and mortar to the original is perfect, excellent all round service from start to finish. We would highly recommend Robin ROC and would definitely use their services again!
