    Skimming

    ceiling skimming

I recently hired them to skim my ceiling, and the result is excellent. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and protected my furniture and floors before starting. The preparation was thorough and professional. The finished ceiling is smooth, even, and free of marks or ridges, with neat work around light fittings and edges so no extra touch‑ups were needed. Communication was good throughout, the price was fair and exactly as quoted, and the job was completed on schedule. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing ceiling skimming or plastering work done to a high standard.

    10/10 Rochester Refurbishments

This is the second time Mike has done work for me. The work is always great and I can't recommend Rochester Refurbishments enough. Mike has helped me so much, and has been accommodating towards changes that needed to be made. Mike also arranged Plumbers and Electricians to work on the project, all of who were professional and did great work.

    First class plasterer

Mike did a wonderful job refurbing our dated lounge. He replastered walls and ceiling. His plasteting is so smooth. Nothing is too small for him he can put his hand to anything. We are so pleased with the results. He is a very happy and likeable fella. We will be recommending him

    Full reskim & ceiling repair

Very happy with the work conducted. I had a collapsed ceiling and also got a full reskim of the room for a fair price. Mike was very friendly and cracked on with the job, overall would be happy for him to come back again if any further work is needed in my house.
