Here's our streamlined process:

1. Initial visit: We conduct a survey, take measurements, and agree on a fixed final price, applying any available discount codes.
2. Second visit: We apply our professional deep cleaner from Rock360, renowned for its efficiency in eliminating weeds, moss, and algae while rejuvenating surfaces. The solution remains for 24 hours to thoroughly penetrate and treat the area.
3. The following day, we use our van-mounted 4000 psi jet washer to remove any remaining product and debris, leaving blockwork/stonework looking pristine with clear joints.
4. Fourth visit: We re-sand all joints using kiln-dried sand. Then, we apply two coats of RestorAce Stone Sealer, providing full protection for blockwork/stonework for up to 5 years, backed by a 3-year guarantee.

Our next service offering is our oven cleaning service, with package prices provided. This comprehensive service includes deep cleaning for the oven, hob, and hood. We perform a full strip-down clean on all three appliances, including removing glass from the door, racks, and rails, which are then treated with RestorAce gel bath in our van.

Here's a breakdown of our process:

1. Apply RestorAce Oven Cleaner and allow it to work for 30 minutes.
2. Strip down the hob, gas burners, and knobs, ensuring thorough removal of grease and any black or brown marks.
3. Clean pan racks to a pristine condition.
4. Remove and clean the hood filter, applying RestorAce polish and protection.
5. Leave all your appliances looking brand new.
