Very quick reply and response time. Excellent service and reasonable price .

After recently moving I decided to get all the external locks changed. Dave was running late that day but called me as soon as he knew he wouldn't get to me at the arranged time. Advised me of new time making sure that it was still convenient for me. I have no problem with that because he kept me informed. When he was here he was friendly, polite, and did an excellent job. Showed me exactly how everything worked, fixed 2 doors that weren't aligned 100% correctly and put the new keys on rings for me (I always break my nails). He even offered to change key safe combination for me. No complaints.
