Ruled out it wasn’t a boiler problem but recommended an electrician
Quick communication and quick fault finding. Realised it was an electrical issue and recommended someone who was able to solve the issueVerified reviewerJob location: LU7RAlec F10 Emergency Plumber Service

Highly recommend
After I found a 24-7 ‘plumber’ on google review (won’t use google again) who told me my fan on boiler was broken and offered me an extortion price to fix it. I searched someone else to fix it for me. Ryan offered to help via check a trade and when he came out he told me the fan wasn’t broken at all. He then proceeded to find out why one of my switches switched off on my circuit board. Turns out it was a blown fuse on my washing machine. Such a relief to see such an honest person before Christmas. Highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: HP6Response from ROC Plumbing & Gas Services Limited.

Good plumbing work
I was really pleased with the professional service. The work was not that straightforward and so I needed a plumber that really could do some quality work. I have used various plumbers in the past. In my opinion ROC are a cut above without charging silly prices. I would recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: AL19 General Plumbing
