Called them one day, they came and looked that afternoon. They agreed to come the next day which they did! Cleaned up after themselves. No mud on my carpet which was an achievement. Paid them what they said, no quibbles. Structural engineer satisfied. They even gave us bits of board cut to replace the floorboards so we can use the floor till we do our retrofit.
