If the customer thought I was rude and abusive this certainly wasn’t intentional and I apologise if this is the way I came across. To be fair the customer was quite rude to me. He requested I go immediately otherwise he would complain to Checkatrade. I did go immediately as requested although I was in my car not my van hence the reason I didn’t have a torch! The customer took it upon himself to assist and was telling me what to do and how to do it. I did struggle as the waste provided by the customer was not the correct one and I couldn’t remove the sink as this would have potentially damaged the tiles.
