Laying floor tiles and underfloor heat mats
Floor Tiles not laid correctly as numerous tiles moving and grouting lifting out due to movement. When problem raised with contractor they visited and said they would return to rectify. Now weeks after their visit all forms of communication ie phone and email are shut down.

New toilet, Tiling bath panel and floor fitted
Very positive experience, the guys carrying out the job were extremely polite and courteous, always cleaned up after a days work and also hoovered up mess. When an accident happened they efficiently and effectively repaired the damage. Overall I’m very happy with Roj Repairs and I’m really happy with my bright new bathroom

Bath taps replaced
The bath panel was removed to replace the bath taps and was damaged when it was refitted. We raised this with Soly who promised a replacement back in August 2023; a new bath panel would be fitted free of charge. It is now November and despite sending several messages we have had no response and no new bath panel fitted as promised.

Bathroom tiling
Unprepared for the job, turned up in wrong van so wouldn't be able to start job on agreed upon day, after having to take a day of Annual leave. Work seemed to be rushed, tiles are uneven, patches of grout missing, different patten put on wall than agreed, cuts are terrible. Have difficulty contacting him, would not respond to texts or telephone calls unless you call on a different number. Initially offered a full refund, then decided he didn't want to and offered 30%. The refund we did get took over a week after countless texts and calls. The jobs going to have to be redone.
