Hello, I’m Rokas fully qualified Gas Safe, Heating, Nest and PowerFlush Engineer. I was offered to work as a trainee Heating Engineer while studying at University. Very soon I noticed how important is hot water and heating in our homes.

I still remember the moment when I decided to start my career in this industry. It was a freezing winter. And the family did not have a working heating system in their home. Understanding their pain and urgency I managed to come over the same evening and fix their boiler. For me, there is nothing better than to see a happy grateful customer, and that evening I could feel it so strong, that I knew helping people was my mission in life.
