  Ross and Roken were absolutely brilliant. From start to finish, communication and Ross' expert knowledge was a huge help for us when buying a property. Turnaround for survey and report was within a week and the report is robust and extremely informative. I couldn't recommend enough. Superb service.

  Ross has been great from start to finish. He was quick to respond, very professional, and provided us with the survey promptly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free—and the added bonus was finding out there was no asbestos!   We needed our garage roof tested for suspected Asbestos.

  Ross was responsive, helpful and friendly. He managed to fit us in within a week of my enquiry. He clearly explained what he would be doing and what we might need to do afterwards. He additionally tested the putty to make sure everything was covered. He also gave some recommendations for asbestos removal companies, who we've now booked in. I'd recommend Ross, and Roken Environmental to anyone looking for peace of mind re Asbestos.
