  • Wasp nest - not a great experience

    Unfortunately I've not had a great experience with Rokill. I first reported a wasp nest with them 1st August. The operative came out that day to assess the situtation. It took another 10 days for them to come back with ladders. They attempted to treat the nest while explaining they were using a new powder due to regulation changes. The treatment didn't work and I still have a wasp nest, but Rokill don't guarantee success. They want to charge again to come back out and treat the nest again. I just gave up in the end and will wait for them to die naturally eventually.

    I telephoned this company for the simple job of a wasp nest destruction which was in our house and explained that a family member was allergic to wasps so this was an urgent request. A lady called back, took my details and said an engineer in my area would call me back the same day within 5 hours. They never called back even when I chased them the next day, so I had to go elsewhere to get the job done. Unprofessional and rude and would not entertain this company again, avoid if you value your time!
