Roller door installation
The fitters were polite and did their best. The date was changed twice. They arrived late by 2 hours so I lost time at work. The installation was good but the door is not working correctly. I’ve tried calling and texting the management but get no response. I’m in the trade and know that the quality of customer service is number 1 for me so should I recommend? Strength of the door is probably not the best I’ve seen either.

To carry out installation of new garage door to a new build garage we built
Very poor service, roller doors came of runners and locked up a few times now and in doing so scratched the front. Still awaiting a repair to be done and replaced scratched front. Engineer said been happening a lot since they changed models. Not happy and nobody answering or getting back to me.

New garage door
Bradley and his colleague did an excellent job installing new roller door. The reason for the work taking two days was because of colour matching the fascia, which had to be ordered in. We were kept fully informed. All staff were polite and site was left tidy. Would highly recommend.
