Very pleasant people carried out work in a very professional manner to the original quote and left the area clean and tidy. Happy to recommend to others.

Extremely disappointed with this company. The trade arrived was here for 40 mins, didn't do anything and charged £84 instead of the pre agreed £70. Told us we needed to find the manufacture ourselves so he can replace. Found it sent him the link to the part and came back 3 days later with an appointment in a months time to fit it. The price for the overall work £510 with VAT part that I sent was £150. Yet he said he had quoted for 3 hours (you do the maths). When I questioned the pricing he said he puts a 30% mark up on purchasing the part (which I sent the link). Then he blocked me.

I was very pleased with work that was done by the two ROMA engineers. They were reliable, punctual and good mannered. They explained the problem and work that needed doing and its cost. One part had to be ordered from Italy which slightly delayed completing the job but I was informed about it .
