  Damp survay

  Dry rot assessment

  Paul arrived within an hour of me contacting him. Checked the area under my floor where I believed I had dry rot and to my delight told me it was not dry rot at all, just a bit of stray fine root growth. What a pleasure to be told the truth and not be ripped off by some cowboy after more work. Well done Paul and keep up the honest work. I will be sure to recommend you to friends and family if anyone ever needs this type of work done in the future.

  DAMP

  Paul come round on time, he was very efficient and in no time at all found that I had a possible leak in the bathroom floor, his advice to contact my insurance company and get a domestic leak detection service to find what and where the leak is, was spot on. I would recommend this tradesperson above all others.

  Inspection of possible damp issue

  Damp survey for new property purchase

  I recently had a homebuyers survey carried out on a property I am looking to buy which noted damp problems/mould caused by condensation and a potentially failed damp proof course. Paul went out to survey the property and confirmed there were no structural damp problems and that the issues were caused purely by poor ventilation. He recommended replacing the kitchen and bathroom extractor fans and suggested some further measures which could be carried out by any electrician if needed. I was expecting an expensive job but Paul's honest and straightforward approach was greatly appreciated.
