10 New boiler installation - fantastic service

Roman Boilers installed a new boiler and attended to other problems that really were outside their remit. The new boiler seems amazing, my house has never felt so warm. My home was left seemingly untouched by any disruption and the engineer was polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic service from start to finish. Chris was professional, personable and really helpful. He explained everything, made suggestions that would be beneficial to us in the long term and worked diligently and respectfully of our home whilst he was in it. Boiler service included clear explanation of what work needed doing and proposed options to improve heating within the home. Identified pump as being very old, but still working and suggested this may need replacing next time system is drained / we chose to add upstairs radiator.
