Professional and polite. Boiler checked thoroughly and clear advisory given about cost / benefit of spare parts. Unbelievable skill set and knowledge, Knew how to rectify problem, explained everything in detail. Was able to fix damage and replace boiler to get us back on supply, we had undersized gas pipe and a incorrectly installed flue, he knew exactly what to do to get the boiler up to his high standards and signed off, He even help register the boiler for 7 year warranty This engineer goes above and beyond couldn't recommend enough 5star.Verified reviewerJob location: HA010 New valve fitted for hot water and tank refilled/pressurised
