First time the cleaner was half an hour late. Cleaning was not to the highest standard and lots of bits were undone so I had to finish cleaning myself after the cleaner left.
After that very under-average clean, I had to give them 2nd chance as after just given birth - I didn’t have any capacity to keep looking. Lots of back and forth communication, changing days/times (what a waste of time) - finally arranged a slot. Cleaner arrived 1 hr 47 mins late. I just asked them to leave.
Owner’s response “sorry, it’s hard to manage this people.”
Totally unreliable. Let me down big time. Avoid.

This review is not fair at all .
First time you liked the cleaning but you said but you said that you prefer female cleaning. I booked for the second time a couple . You accepted but you cancel one day before . We lost money because i didnt have time to take another job .
After that you asked to help you and i send the first cleaner . He arrived later because his car broken . I have all your messages saying that you liked the cleaning that we did in your house . You are a very difficult person .
