I recently had Tyler come round to install a glowworm boiler in our house. From the very first phone call I had with Tyler right until the end of the works, he was professional and you could tell he really cared about his work. Tyler was able to do the works for a great and competitive price, whilst at no point sacrificing the quality of work. Tyler made a home visit to diagnose the problem with my boiler free of charge, quickly identified a faulty circuit and fixed it efficiently. Had Tyler from from romans and he was very professional and tidy. He fitted a new shower tray for me and new shower doors. It looks excellent. Very professional.

Had a great experience. The work was challenging, though completed on time to a very high standard. Everything cleaned up afterwards and old boiler removed. Tyler has fantastic communication. Definitely recommend.

Tyler and Dean fixed a leak in my old Vaillant boiler. They responded to my job request quickly, communication was excellent, they fixed the issue quickly at a reasonable price. As an aside, they were lovely interacting with my family. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing/boiler issues and would highly recommend.
