Flu removed and replaced plus new wood burner installed, all done very efficiently and quickly. Would recommend Romsey Wood Burners.

Ray came out to do the survey and we then visited the showroom to choose a wood burning stove from the many on display. The install date was arranged and Gav and Brad arrived to fit the wood burning stove in September. They were very polite and courteous and talked me through every step of the way. They recommended Brian the plasterer to make good the walls and he turned up on time and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Romsey Woodburners.

I can’t express enough how professional , thoughtful , patient and respectful everybody has been esp Gavin and Brad. They had a challenging situation to configure for our burner fitting and they reassured me all the way though from beginning to end with no irritation or frustration . They explained every stage with clarity and calmness and gave me their time and knowledge when I had questions , always checking that I was happy and that I understood . They made a potentially stressful situation a pleasure and we are very happy with our lovely burner. Thank you so much and they deserve 10/10!!

The moment I met Ray, the proprietor I knew he was the right person to do business with and so it proved to be. Right from the very start in deciding which stove to have to the fitting, the service has been without blemish. The two lads doing the work on the day were excellent and given the potenial dirty nature of the job the room was left spotless and they were a pleasure to have in th house. Thiis is a very reliable and trustworthy busness and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The installers did not have an easy job at my property but they carried out the work in a very professional manner and were extremely tidy. We are very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend this Company.
