Fixed toilet and doors
Very efficient and reasonable price. They always respond when I need them and are quick to attend. They also directly communicate with my tenant for easy access. Strong recommend them.

Various jobs - painting, rendering, gutter work
Ron is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced - he made useful suggestions to improve the work I was asking him to do. He turned up when he said he would, dealt effectively with unexpected issues, and did a great job. I'll have no hesitation in using him again.

Ronnie was very polite and friendly, worked hard and cleaned up after himself. He was very efficient. I got on with him well and has a lovely character. I would definitely use him again.

Leak on outside wall.
The same morning as my tennant informed me, of the leak through the ventilation grill I went onto the internet. I called and spoke to Catherine who couldn’t have been more helpful…a team member got to the property that day, surveyed the issue, provided me a quote.. work undertaken to a high standard, in a great time frame. As a landlord I couldn’t be happier. First time using the company but have asked for further work to be undertaken as so pleased. Definitely would recommend. Fast friendly service.
