    Laminate flooring

    Very well priced, carried out work to a high standard, the laminate used is excellent quality. The fitter was polite and clean, he moved all furniture, took away the old carpet and fitted underlay all included in the price. Highly recommend and very happy.

    Carpet fitted in maisonette

    Felt carpet fitter didn’t want to be here from offset. Rushed the work in a day when they should have taken 2 days. Place left in disgraceful state. Carpet not cleared furniture not put back in original place as promised by owner. Totally unliveable. Felt like our home had been violated. Took us 2.5 hours to put it almost tidy. Fitter very rude said that was our job. Asked me did I know how to use a hoover. Just walked out. Very distressing experience. First meeting of owner he arrived hour early.I told him not to go upstairs as husband in shower. Completely ignored me went anyway.

    WE HAVE TWO FITTERS ON THIS JOB UNFORTUNATELY THE OLDER FITTER HAD A PHONE CALL TO SAY THAT HIS WIFE WAS RUSHED INTO HOSPITAL AND HE HAD TO LEAVE THE JOB BEFORE IT HAD BEEN COMPLETED HE DID INFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WOULD COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB I MYSELF PERSONALLY HAVE BEEN ROUND TO THE CUSTOMERS HOUSE AND EXPLAINED THE ISSUES ABOUT THE FITTERS WIFE WHICH THEY WERE HAPPY WITH. THE OTHER FITTER THEY SAID WHERE VERY HAPPY WITH AND VERY POLITE ALSO THE FITTING WAS TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD THE DOORS THAT NEEDED CUTTING WHERE DONE EARLY WE HAVE A SECOND PART OF THE JOB TO DO WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY FOR US TO DO AT A LATER DATE

    Carpet fitting for stairs and landing

    Bedroom, en-suite and dressing room carpeted as well as two spiral staircases and a foot well by the front door. Plus three floors of laminate flooring.

    I would highly recommend Ron Taylor Carpets. The service was impeccable from start to finish and I am thrilled with this important, finishing touch to my renovated home. Their attention to detail was second to none. A really excellent company!!
