  Best practice proven three times over

  Roofbuild recently carried out the third roofing job (not all on the same property!) that we have asked them to handle. If there were ever occasion for another, we would confidently entrust that to them too. All three have been promptly scheduled, transparently priced, and completed very efficiently, tidily and courteously.

  Guy explained exactly what needed doing and gave me a very resonable quote . The work was carried out promptly and professionally by Guy himself and his two sons and there was no mess left . I would certainly use their services again if the need arose

  tile replacement

  Tiles replaced, eave gutter trays and new fascia. Not only did they have the best reviews, but they were all so the best price. No issues. Will be using them again

  Quick to respond to request and arrived well within the suggested time slot. After explaining issue of leak , an inspection of area was carried out and assessed and a further investigation made to area of possible problem on the roof above. A tile had slipped down and a gap was left in roof, he slotted it back into place and refused to take any money for doing this. So kind & professional! I asked for a quote for work to be carried out in future for flat roof as is 20 years old, although no issues at present, useful to get an idea of what work needed and the cost. Awaiting email for quote

  Roof tile had slipped and needed to be put back before the rain set in.

  A massive thank you to Guy and his team for coming out so quickly to do the job (Within 2 hours). Helpfully they spotted another tile has slipped and secured that too. They talked through the entire process. It is a pleasure to deal with a team that understands the urgency and gets the job done without a long drawn process.

  Great professional service

  Great professional service. Easy painless process. Project Manager kept me informed throughout the process, they did what they said they were going to do, and give us good professional input on roof selection. I would highly recommend to others, and would use them again if the need arises.
