  Warm roof installation with Roofbuild Ltd

  We needed a new garage warm roof installed with 150mm insulation to comply with building regs. We contacted 6 roofers and only 2 provided quotes. The rest were cowboys. Roofbuild Ltd were one of the two who quoted and we selected them as we liked the approach taken by Guy Denby, the owner. He and his sons did an amazing job and were on-site 6 days. They were polite, clean, tidy and there was now Makita radio blaring out rubbish pop music as so much of the building game does. Fantastic workers who did a great job and we were pleased to have them on site. If you need roofing work, get them in.

  Recommendation

  Guy and his family team completed an excellent job repairing our roof and removing and laying a new flat roof to our garage. They also carried out some guttering replacements and additional cosmetic works. We were very happy with the completed works and everyone was very pleasant and communicative during the whole process.

  Polite, friendly, efficient.

  Roofbuild gave me a competitive quote and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. As the job was dependent on weather I was kept informed as to when the work could be done. The team were polite, friendly and no bother.

  Absolutely excellent service! Came out the same day to look at a leaking roof - fixed the problem straight away without a problem and then came make to make sure everything was water tight (which it was). Highly recommended, really friendly and honest team 😊

  Reliable roofer

  Guy and his family have worked for us for two years. Always helpful and reliable. They have done one big job on the roof in the conservation area in Canterbury, and also smaller repairs. Recommend Roofbuild.
