Contacted Matthew September as water leak in Porch roof again. He advised a replacement seal was required, took till the next year before being fitted. Still leaked he tried pointing an upstairs window. Still leaked this time I got the ladders out with hose pipe pinpointed the flashing needed replacement. 3 weeks later after 5 no shows I gave up and advised not to bother I’ll get someone else. In all since September, 19 no shows and approx 26 text/what’s app + telephone calls Having paid £500 to have the leak fixed, initially he said it was the roof felt and tray replacement. Really!

I had a disappointing experience from Roof Doctor MCR. I hired him to carry out roofing work that specifically included replacing or repairing missing and failed flashing around the chimney, as clearly stated in the original £950 quote.
