  Repair leak from roof into bedroom

  Roofers of Kent have done work at both my mums house and mine. On both occasions they were prompt, polite and informative, explaining the best options for the work required and providing reasonable quotes. They carried out the work in a timely and tidy manor. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Fitting of rubber seal and replacement of tiles on roof extension.

  The job was carried out in October 2022. A year later there were problems which were partially fixed by Roofers of Kent, but there continues to be an issue with leakage. Have tried to contact the company but messages go unanswered. The roof has a 15-year guarantee but, despite this, have offered payment for the necessary repairs. I am very surprised that no one has come back to me, as the work carried out was good, and handled professionally by the company's personnel. Follow-up is obviously not so good.

  Repoint chimney and fix the crown

  We found Roofers of Kent through CheckaTrade. They were the only one to go up the roof to have a proper look before they quoted out of the three roofers we found. John found serious issues with the crown and took photos for us to see. James gave us a reasonable quote. The scaffolding was up within a few days and the chimney repair was done within a day. James listened and explained very professionally in a few occasions where we had questions. The quote, invoice and receipt of payment were all done properly and professionally. We were most impressed and would highly recommend Roofers of Kent.
