Mark was reliable and helpful. He turned up and did the job to a good standard and everything he said he would do he did. We were happy with the speed and efficiency of it all and the roof replacement is sound.

Came initially to replace leaking velux window quickly identified issues with kitchen roof offered options and an educated decision was made to redo the roof with new felt and battens and relayed tiles. Very punctual, worked non-stop in very hot weather to get the job done in the specified timescales. Site left clean and tidy afterwards.

Mark was very good and understood the issues during his initial visit. When the work was being undertaken the two individuals doing the work began by not carrying out the agreed scope of the assignment. This may have been due to the fact that their English was limited. I intervened to ensure they did so and the work met our requirements. Mark also spotted broken concrete under tiles on the other side of the house. This was also repaired. The company offered a 15 year guarantee but I had to draft the documentation as the company did not provide one.

Jimmy Lee attended and examined the roof and found more damage then I though and showed me the damage and explained what was required. I agreed to the repairs and the workmen were hard working cleaned up before leaving the job each day. Throughout the job they kept us informed and showed us what they had done. Great company would recommend.

Had a leak into the bedroom from above window due to concrete gutters, and very old felt. Chimney was also unstable. Mark Drove over 100 miles to see the roof the day I posted the work on Check-a-trade. Inspected roof, was very knowledgeable, and explained the issues to me thoroughly. Gave me options, and then got scaffolding up the next day, and worked over the bank holiday weekend to get the whole roof re-tiled, re-felted, chimney removed and the gutter replaced. Did a great job and at good speed too. Very happy with repair and with Marks communication and service.
